I'm so excited you've chosen to pick up the 2019 New Year's Exercise. This is a fun, yet powerful, way to evaluate 2018 and lay the groundwork for an extraordinary 2019. I use this exercise myself every December to reflect on the previous year. It's fun, thought-provoking, and always powerful as I recall the highs and lows, determine what I want to take into 2019 and what I prefer to leave behind, and consider a theme for the upcoming year that will shape my mindset.
